Lyla
As the lead singer, rhythm guitarist, and keyboardist of Trainwreck, Lyla is a dynamic multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter who has worked with a vocal coach for half of her life. She has been performing in live bands since the age of 9, developing a remarkable stage presence and an expansive vocal range spanning C3 to F#7. In June 2025, Lyla earned 4th place in the adult vocal competition Celebrity Sidekick, and performs solo acoustic sets when not playing with Trainwreck. As an actor, she has landed lead roles in school plays and is also the author of a graphic novel featuring her Belgian Malinois, Dolly Jeanne.
Chase
Riffs that cut through the thin Rocky Mountain air like a hot knife. Chase brings technical precision and soulful expression to every solo, drawing on influences from Hendrix to Dave Grohl to craft something entirely his own.
Blake
At 14, Blake pretty much divides his time between the soccer field and playing guitar. He really likes '70s rock, especially the big guitar tones and complex songwriting from that era. While Rush is easily his absolute favorite band, his number one song of all time is their eight-minute epic "By-Tor and the Snow Dog"—he just loves that era of heavy, progressive rock storytelling.
Griffin
Griffin drummed on everything and anything until he got his first drum kit at the age of ten. A founding member of Trainwreck, he convinced his best friend, Cole, to take up bass and there's been nothing but music ever since. He plays every Sunday at the First United Methodist Church of Castle Rock and has performed with the Brazilian band, Good Times Guarana and a number of Jazz bands around Denver.
Sawyer
Sawyer Deegan is one of the bass players in Trainwreck. In addition to bass, Sawyer has been known to play piano, guitar, and tambourine. When not on the stage with the band, Sawyer is on stage doing theater!
Cole
Deep, driving, and locked in tight. Cole brings a second layer of low-end power that gives Trainwreck its signature wall-of-sound bottom end — the kind you feel in your bones before you hear it.
